Rabih, a young blind man, lives in a small village in Lebanon. He sings in a choir and edits Braille documents for a living. His life unravels when he discovers that the identity card that he has carried all his life is a fake, and then he sets out to find out about his true identity.


Vatche BOULGHOURJIAN is a Lebanese filmmaker, who holds an MFA from New York University’s Graduate Film Programme. Before attending the NYU, he had worked in the Middle East on documentaries for television while making independent shorts, experimental films and documentaries. His thesis film, [The Fifth Column], premiered in the Cinéfondation’s Selection at the 2010 Cannes and won the Third Prize. His first feature, [Tramontane], premiered at the International Critic’s Week at the 2016 Cannes.
